1、 Raw material processing and preparation

The production of Sachima starts from the precise processing of raw materials. The automated production line starts with the weighing and mixing of raw materials, ensuring that the proportion of raw materials in each batch is accurate and error free. Flour, eggs, sugar and other raw materials are accurately measured by an automatic conveying system and sent to a dough mixer for mixing. This process is precisely controlled by a computer control system, ensuring the quality and consistency of the dough.

2、 Forming and processing

After initial processing, the dough enters the molding stage. The granulator on the automated production line cuts the dough into uniform small pieces, and then sends them to the frying or baking machine for processing through a conveyor belt. After frying or baking, the dough becomes crispy and is then sent to a sugar pot to mix with syrup. The temperature and time during this process are strictly controlled by an automated system to ensure the taste and quality of the product.

3、 Cooling and cutting

The mixed Sachima is cooled on the cooling conveyor belt to reach the appropriate temperature and hardness. The cooled Sachima enters the automatic cutting machine, and carries out accurate cutting according to the preset size. The cut Sachima block is neat and uniform, preparing for subsequent packaging.

4、 Automatic packaging

The cut Sachima block enters the packaging machine through the conveyor belt. The packaging machine adopts advanced automation technology, which can quickly and accurately package Sachima pieces into small packages. After the packaging is completed, these small packages of Sachima are sent to the whole package packaging machine for boxing, sealing, heat sealing and other operations, and finally form a large package of finished products.

5、 Stacking and transportation

After the packaging of finished products is completed, the palletizing robot will stack the packaged Sachima neatly on the pallet.
